BPL Presents: University of Open Air

Back for a short spring refresh, University Open Air (UOA) will be in session at the Center for Brooklyn History April 19-21.

As it always does, UOA provides immigrant teachers, professors, and academics, who were trained outside of the U.S., an opportunity to share their knowledge with the public by welcoming students to enjoy free classes in collaboration with the Prospect Park Alliance. The September semester takes place on the grounds around the Prospect Park Boathouse while the spring residency is housed in one of the library's branch locations.

Featured TDU Musicians:

  • Roberto Granados, guitar (Fri, April 19 at 12pm)

  • Sarah Overton, cello (Sat, April 20 at 12pm)

  • Evan Francis, saxophone/flute (Sun, April 21 at 2:30pm)
